Seay – A Straight on Catering Business Success Story
I
graduated in 2003 with my degree in Baking/Pastry Arts. When I graduated
from Sullivan I had the opportunity to work for the University. I worked
with our admissions department going to our local high schools in
Lebanon Tennessee where I did food demos for classes. By doing the demos
the students were able to see and hear what I learned at Sullivan. At
that time I also started a catering business starting out with small
parties on the week-ends. My business started to grow and I then I had
to make a decision. I decided to take my education and experiences from
Sullivan and go full blown with my business. My catering company is
called Round The Way Catering.
