As a Basic Rule
> LIVE-OUT/DAY Nanny minimum starting salary will be $500.00 to $700.00 per week. This salary should increase with more children, etc.

> LIVE IN Nanny, which offers a salary plus free room and board, normally starts at a minimum of $400.00 per week.

> All Professional Nannies receive two weeks of paid vacation a year. Some get paid for days off when they are sick. Most receive major Holidays off.

Nanny and Children
> Nannies usually get a yearly raise, but some employers offer adjustments every six months. A raise may amount up to 5 to 7% of their weekly salary, or higher for outstanding performance.

> Employers must pay social security taxes. Some employers pay for state and federal taxes.

> Nannies usually have most weekends off as agreed in advance with the employer.

> All interview expenses are the responsibility of the potential employer.

> There is no application fee for your family to submit a request to hire a Nanny. However, a Placement Fee of $900.00 is paid if you hire a Professional Nanny through Placements Unlimited/Sullivan University.
