"The thing about Sullivan is that the environment here is very, very intense but the feeling and the facility is yet very, very small. It's very controlled. It's nice to see the hands on; it's nice to see the student/chef ratio. Those things are very important to me because those things really say quality and I think that that's what Sullivan really stands for. Is that it has a really high sense of quality and a high sense of care." - Emril Lagasse

"Sullivan has been probably one of the best things that's ever happened to me in my life. I am a graduate of Sullivan. I lived in Indiana. I moved to Louisville to go to college here. I graduated six years ago and, from that point, my career has taken off tremendously. I've managed a resort in the Caribbean, I've traveled internationally, and marketed hotels worldwide. Currently, I operate six hotels and do the sales and marketing for twenty other hotels. Sullivan is really a quality institution. You get a quality education and its dedicated staff. The campus is beautiful; it's in a beautiful environment." - Dean Morgan
