Personal/Private Chef

This diploma is designed to give the students a complete understanding of the development and operation of their own personal chef business. The program focuses on sound and established business principles that are applied to a home-based business. The Personal/Private Chef course draws from personal chefs around the country and the American Personal & Private Chef Association to help the novice personal chef start their own business. The Personal/Private Chef Diploma differs from the Culinary Arts Associate Degree because it does not utilize the culinary skills of a fine dining preparation experience or emphasize general studies courses which are necessary for the degree.
