Sullivan University is home to the renowned National Center for Hospitality Studies, one of the leading Culinary Arts, Professional Catering, Baking & Pastry Arts, Hotel/Restaurant Management, and Hospitality Management programs in the country.
If your dream is to become a professional chef, own a catering business or improve your management skills, this is where you’ll master the techniques, develop your own recipes and understand the leading theories in food production. The Culinary Arts curriculum blends modern and classical styles in one of the country’s superior training facilities, with instruction and example from leading chefs and other professionals. Classes are offered in four 11-week terms each year.
If you want to travel the world and help others do the same, the travel and tourism program offers a variety of programs to help your dreams come true. Train on the same programs you’ll use in the industry, and travel while you learn.
