Human Resource Leadership
A certificate in Human Resources Leadership is designed for working professionals in the field of Human Resources (HR). This certificate program allows HR professionals to gain essential knowledge and skills specifically related to challenges in their work. The program has four certificates.
- Employee Relations Specialist
- Organizational Effectiveness Specialist
- Organizational Diversity Specialist
- Dispute Resolution Specialist
Students must complete four core courses in addition to five specialty courses in order to complete the certificate program. All of the courses for the certificate program are offered online to facilitate working professionals. With the addition of a associate degree, the courses in the certificate program can be applied to a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Leadership.
