Name the Newsletter Contest - IPOD Winner Announced

Hazel Matthews, Director of Alumni Affairs, reports that her office received more than 80 entries in the Name the Newsletter Contest. There were so many outstanding suggestions that Ms. Matthews and her staff decided to put the top ten in a hat - er toque - and draw out the winning name. When President Glenn Sullivan's name was drawn, he graciously declined the IPOD and asked that the next name drawn receive it instead. So, congratulations to Todd Pagan! Todd, a graduate of Jeffersonville High School in Indiana, earned his dual Associate degree in Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts from Sullivan in 1992.

He began his career as Chef/General Manager of a country club in Paoli, Indiana, and as a Chef for Eastern University in Richmond, Kentucky. Today he is an Instructor in Culinary Arts at Remington College in Austin, Texas.
