Chef Spendlove receives Presidential gold medal

President’s Medallions have long
been a tradition of the American
Culinary Federation (ACF). This very
prestigious award honors those who
have achieved excellence, dedication
and loyalty in the advancement of
culinary arts. Recently, ACF President,
Chef John Kinsella, CMC, CCE, AAC
presented Sullivan Chef Instructor
Derek Spendlove, CEPC, CCE, AAC,
HOGT with the 2008 President’s Medal
during the recent American Academy
of Chefs gala.
