How the Program Works
After you identify your needs as an employee or business, you choose the industry- or profession-specific certificate that best fits. Then, you will tailor your individual courses to have the greatest impact. The course process occurs within two components:
- The first is two Dale Carnegie courses offered locally in a physical classroom environment.
- The second is three courses delivered online through Sullivan University’s Global e-Learning initiative.
This convenient and flexible hybrid format ensures that you (or your team) are able to complete the certificate coursework without sacrificing current jobs and personal obligations.
