Margie Charasika, EdD, MSN, MSCM, RN, CNE is an adjunct instructor for the Master of Science in Conflict Management Program at Sullivan University and President of Collaborative Consultation Services, LLC, a small business specializing in elder/family mediation, meeting facilitation and organizational development services. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee; a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from Spalding University, Louisville, Kentucky; and a Master of Science in Conflict Management Degree from Sullivan University, Louisville, Kentucky.
