MSCM Master Of Science In Conflict Management
MASTER THE ART OF RESOLVING CONFLICT.
Sullivan University’s Master of Science in Conflict Management (MSCM) is unique because it focuses on managing organizational conflict, communication, and relationships with both internal and external audiences. The MSCM remains the only degree with a curricular designed explicitly aimed at career applications in the corporate government and nonprofit sectors. Online delivery enables the department to employ the best scholar-practitioners. Most have earned terminal degrees and many regularly mediate, arbitrate, facilitate, or negotiate complex cases. Many of our faculty own successful conflict management businesses and some faculty-authored textbooks are used by other universities.
MSCM graduates are firmly grounded in an ethical perspective. Courses blend theory and practice with ethics and best practices. You will learn techniques, processes, and strategies for managing organizational conflict and developing internal conflict management programs for companies. You will learn to apply skills in a variety of situations through dispute resolution case studies in EEO, management, labor, and court-connected family and civil mediation.
