Senior FellowsAll Senior Fellows have achieved renowned excellence in the field through exceptional contributions and personal influence. The breadth of knowledge and experience accumulated by the Senior Fellows is crucial to mentoring of our faculty, graduate students, staff, and leadership of Sullivan University Systems. Senior Fellows are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the International Center for Collaborative Solutions and to promote conflict resolution wherever they may be. Online learning and distance education are appropriate forums for such activities, as well as lectures, seminars, and writings. Knowledge of and participation in the programs and activities of the International Center for Collaborative Solutions by Senior Fellows would enrich the outcomes and create a resource reservoir for future generations.Lord Bill Brett Bill took up his current post as Director of the International Labor Office for the United Kingdom and Ireland, based in London, in January 2004. He was Chairperson of the Governing Body of the ILO for 2002 2003 and was Vice Chairperson of the Governing Body of the ILO, and Chairperson of the Workers’ group of the ILO Governing Body from 1993. He became General Secretary of the Institution of Professionals, Managers and Specialists (a trade union for professional workers such as scientists, engineers, architects) in 1989 and was re elected for a further five year term in 1994. He has had a long and committed career with trade unions; Negotiator with the Bank Employees’ Union (BIFU); Member of the General Council of the TUC, Member of the Major Policy Committee of the Council of Civil Service Unions; Member of the Executive Committee of the Public Services International from 1989 to 1999. He was appointed a member of the House of Lords (UK) in June 1999. He is also a Commissioner on the United Nations World Commission on the Social Dimension of Globalization. The Report was published earlier this year. Sergio Gardelliano Sergio was born in Argentina and holds dual citizenship in Argentina and Italy and lives in Vienna, where he was Senior Organizational & Learning Officer for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) before his retirement in 2006. He now consults with business and industry in integrative human resource management and sustainable transformation of organizations. He has performed functions as keynote speaker, plenary presenter, workshop facilitator, associate member and board/committee chair in human resources international congresses, NGO’s or academic institutions in USA, Europe, Asia and Latin America, including UN system organizations. He has authored several articles, monographs, studies and training materials in the field of human resources development, intercultural management, organizational transformation and change, and industrial organization.
