Course Title: CAM 124/Purchasing
A required class for all students studying the Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Hotel and Restaurant Management. Learn how to select and purchase food and non-food items that are utilized in food service operations. Computer and daily access to high-speed internet connection is required to attend this course.
