Begin your career in catering at Sullivan University, the site of the National Center for Hospitality Studies. Caterers work with businesses, engaged couples, and others to put the "special" in their special event.

This is a fast-paced program that teaches you all aspects of the catering industry from food preparation to setting up your own catering business.

You will receive "hands-on" experience working both on and off campus with the University's professional catering company, Juleps Catering, and may also perform an externship with other professional caterers.
