Culinary Arts

Begin your career as a food specialist at Sullivan University, the site of the National Center for Hospitality Studies and its culinary arts program. This is a growing field, with statistics showing there are currently four to five job openings for every qualified candidate.

This program encourages personal creative flair while providing a solid foundation in food preparation, purchasing, inventory control and creative cooking methods. It is accredited by the American Culinary Federation.
