Begin your career as a Professional Cook in as little as one year. As a Professional Cook,  you will experience food preparation "hands-on," from storage to preparation.  You will learn a variety of preparation styles and be prepared to put your skills to work in just a short while.

As a graduate of the Professional Cook program, You can find a career in many hotels and restaurants and have a solid background to continue your education if you decide to later.

Classes are available during the day or evening.
