Staff Sergeant Wayne England
Staff Sergeant Wayne England, from Campbellsville, KY, is a 10 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He completed recruit training at Parris Island, SC followed by Basic Infantryman Training School at Camp Lejeune, NC. Assignments include: Yorktown, VA, with the 2nd Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team Company (FAST) where he conducted multi overseas deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom; Lima Company 3rd Battalion 6th Marines at Camp Lejeune; two successful tours as a squad leader in the Khowst province of Eastern Afghanistan in 2003 and 2004; recruiter school at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA; recruiterin Recruiting Station Richmond, VA and was later transferred to Recruiting Station Louisville, KY for duty as a station commander.
Wayne’s personal decorations include: Good Conduct Medal (3); Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; National Defense Medal; NATO Medal; Recruiting Service Ribbon; Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal; and the Combat Action Ribbon.
While serving in the Marine Corps, Wayne completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Business Administration.

Ron spent 21 years in the U.S. Air Force. He held numerous positions ranging from Personnel Technician, Base Career Advisor, Air Base Ground Defense Specialist, and Recruiting Duty. After retiring from the Military, Ron joined Sullivan University and has now been with the college for 10 years. He was part of the High School Admissions team until March 2011 where reassignment brought him to the Military Admissions Department. He has an AS Degree from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and is a licensed private pilot.

Master Gunnery Sergeant Joseph L. Teachey enlisted in the Marine Corps in the summer of 1981 and attended recruit training at MCRD Parris Island, S.C.
Upon completion of recruit training, MGySgt Teachey was assigned to Headquarters & Service Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp LeJeune, Traffic Management Section, as a Freight Transportation Clerk. In the fall of 1982, he moved to 3rd Force Service Support Group, Okinawa, Japan, where he worked as a Customs Inspector with the Traffic Management Office.
Subsequent assignments included duty with the 2nd Force Service Support Group, Camp LeJeune, North Carolina, as a Landing Support Specialist, Embarkation Specialist and a Parachute Rigger. He was later assigned to Marine Corps Security Force Battalion in 1988, where he performed the duties of the Embarkation Chief and the Facilities Chief.
Upon his selection to Gunnery Sergeant in the spring of 1994, MGySgt Teachey was assigned to the USS Kearsarge and participated in operations Provide Promise/Deny Flight, the successful recovery mission of downed Air Force Pilot, Captain Scott O'Grady, from Bosnia, Herzegovina, by the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
MGySgt Teachey served with Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C., in 1996, as a Military Correspondence Writer, Ceremonial Marcher and a V.I.P. Parade Host, before returning to sea duty onboard the USS Peleliu, as a member of Expeditionary Strike Group One participating in Operation Enduring Freedom.
During Operation Iraqi Freedom, MGySgt Teachey served as the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Logistics Chief and the Wing Logistics Chief (FWD). His last active duty assignment was as the Logistics Chief for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command, Norfolk, Virginia.
MGySgt Teachey's personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
