management skills, this is where you’ll master the techniques, develop your own recipes and understand the leading theories in food production. The
Culinary Arts curriculum blends modern and classical styles in one of the country’s superior training facilities, with instruction and example from leading chefs and other professionals. Classes are offered in four 11-week terms each year.

travel and tourism program offers a variety of programs to help your dreams come true. Train on the same programs you’ll use in the industry, and travel while you learn.
