Learn to be a chef by doing at Winston's

Before culinary students leave to become professional chefs, they will work at Winston’s Restaurant, a 3-1/2 star gourmet restaurant at the Sullivan University campus. Under the culinary expertise of Executive Chef John Castro, Winston's is considered one of the foremost culinary training restaurants in the country.

Winston's Restaurant is a member of the Kentucky Restaurant Association, Louisville Originals, Chaine des Rotisseurs and has received many awards for service, wine selection and cuisine. It has been featured by the Food Network, Travel Channel, Food and Dining Magazine, Wine Enthusiast magazine and many other local and national media.

The restaurant is located on-campus at 3101 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40205 and serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
