To use Financial Aid to purchase textbooks online, you must obtain pre-approval through the Financial Planning office. Please fill out the Textbook Voucher Request Form and submit it to your campus Financial Planning Office.

Students purchasing books outside their Program of Study will NOT be covered under financial aid. Those books purchased outside of program must be paid at the student’s expense. If you have any questions concerning your book purchases, please contact the financial planning office at Sullivan University.

You need a username to access the Sullivan University Online bookstore. This username is the first initial of your first name and your FULL last name followed by the last four digits of your social security number. This is NOT the same as your online class or email username. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact the Financial Planning Office.
