Submit Drug Information Questions
NOTE: This DIC is an academic-based drug information center. Therefore we may be involved in teaching, attending conferences, and other programs during the hours of operation.
We are also closed on all national University recognized holidays as well as during the Christmas break. Please leave us a message for non-urgent questions.
If your question is related to overdose or poison please contact the Kentucky Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.
Drug Information Requests can be made via Telephone, Fax, or online. Requests/calls received after 4pm on each day, after hours, on weekends, and on holidays will be returned the next business day.
Urgent questions will be answered within 2-24 hours. Someone from the Drug Information center will contact you within 2 hours to inform you about the status of your request. Non-urgent questions will be responded to within 24-48 hours unless otherwise indicated. Every effort will be made to response to all questions as soon as possible.
