Biography

Dr. Mangino obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy in 2008 (cum laude) and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Louisville Health Care in 2009. Dr. Mangino will provide clinical pharmacy services through DiabetesRx, a pharmacist-managed diabetes clinic, and through ambulatory care practice sites at the University of Louisville Health Care. These will serve as Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience sites.
