Biography

Dr. Raake obtained her B.S. in secondary education from Indiana University Southeast in 2008 and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy (Summa cum Laude) in 2011 as part of the inaugural graduating class. She is currently an Ambulatory Care Resident at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy where she will work in the InterNational Center for Advanced Pharmacy Services (INCAPS) providing both clinical services and medication therapy management (MTM) in a variety of settings. Dr. Raake will also further her interest in academia by being involved in teaching while at the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy.
