Deadlines for the Class of 2012, entering July 2009
- PCAT – the PCAT should be taken no later than October 31, 2008 if an applicant is applying to be admitted in the July 2009 entering class. Results should be submitted directly to the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy
- The College of Pharmacy PCAT ID number is 153

- Application for Admission - Applications for admission should be submitted by December 31, 2008. Applications received after this date will not be processed. Sullivan University College of Pharmacy does not participate in PharmCAS

Early Decision Applications
Selected students may be considered for Early Decision if they meet the following criteria: p>
- Submit a completed application by October 31, 2008
- Hold a four-year degree from a regionally accredited college or university or a recognized post secondary
Canadian institution that uses English as its primary language of instruction and documentation
- Have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher in math and science coursework as well as a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Has completed the PCAT
- Demonstrates an understanding of and desire for the profession by his/her previous work experience and/or volunteer service
Early Decision applicants will be invited for interviews with the Admissions and Student Affairs Committee after evaluation of their applications. Early Decision applications will be processed on a case by case basis and decisions rendered by November 30, 2008. Early Decision applicants must also meet all other requirements for admission.
