Office of Program Assessment
Mission
To ensure the achievement of the mission, goals, and outcomes of the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy (SUCOP) Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program by directing and facilitating continuous assessment and improvement activities.
Goals
- Incorporate longitudinal assessment activities of the mission, goals, and outcomes throughout the program
- Use the outcome measures for continuous development and improvement of the program
- Involve stakeholders in the assessment process
- Integrate periodic, comprehensive, knowledge-based, and performance-based formative and summative assessments, including nationally standardized assessments that allow comparisons and benchmarks with other accredited professional degree programs and peer institutions
- Use data to evaluate trends over time
- Make available major findings and actions resulting from the assessment and evaluation plan to key stakeholders on an annual basis
- Demonstrate accomplishment of the mission, goals, and outcomes
