Dr. Jaime Arango is the Director of CITI Educational Initiatives at the CITI Program at the University of Miami. In this role, he oversees the CITI Program content areas, including courses in Human Subjects Protections, Animal Care and Use, Conflicts of Interest, and Responsible Conduct of Research. Prior to joining CITI, Dr. Arango was the Director of the Human Subjects Protection Program/IRB at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). He was responsible for the operation of the IRB office at NSU for seven years, and worked with the NSU IRB for a total of nine years.
