Sal Elmo is an adjunct instructor teaching in the Business program at Sullivan University. His career profile highlights his accomplishments in many facets of human resources. He was instrumental in implementing organizational change at Lexmark, including their Juarez, Mexico facilities, as well as managing large-scale human capital projects for internationally acclaimed Accenture.

He provided deep subject matter expertise in the design and development of client leadership programs. In addition to Accenture, Sal was successful in positions at Onward Education, in Marlton, New Jersey and Lead Management Associates in Lexington. Sal has delivered Diversity Leadership Training for Franklin Covey Corporate Clients and a locally owned minority consultancy, Work Smart.
