Professor Mary Johnikin has been a trusted employee for over 20 years, beginning as a Management instructor and later the first coordinator of the M.B.A. program on the Sullivan University’s Lexington campus. She proposed and piloted the Executive Master of Business Administration program. Today, the program remains one of the university’s most attractive degrees. Mary chaired the Lexington campus’ Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) steering committee, which resulted in Sullivan’s accreditation.

Mary brings to Sullivan experience in retail management and banking. She holds many memberships, including the National Business Education Association and the American Marketing Association.
