Helen MacLennan’s teaching and learning interests focus on power dynamics and their influence on organizational behavior. She has published several research articles and continues to conduct management research in collaboration with other Sullivan University students and faculty members.

 

She has 15+ years of management experience as a former asset manager of a multi-state portfolio of industrial, office and residential properties. Helen is a member of the International Association of Feminist Economics (IAFFE), Delta Nu Alpha, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the Southern Management Association (SMA).
