Dr. Heather Merrifield is the department chair for Conflict Management programs at Sullivan University. Prior to her current role, she was the training coordinator for The Sullivan University System, where she was responsible for identifying resources, creating programs, and delivering training and professional development opportunities for faculty, staff and students. Dr. Merrifield has presented on conflict management and workplace bullying, and her research interests remain focused on effective mitigation of conflict and how organizational leadership can affect outcomes.
