Debra Terry joined Sullivan University as an adjunct instructor in January 2010. She holds a keen interest in the field of conflict management in business and has a passion for education. She is a certified workplace neutral and volunteers to help other students on studentmentor.org.

Debra has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has successfully started a mortgage division for a bank selling and servicing mortgage loans. She has experience in all aspects of the mortgage industry, including underwriting, processing, closing and originating conventional and government loans. She has supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement skills and written the quality control procedures for a bank’s mortgage department. Debra is a licensed loan officer in Kentucky and Indiana.
