Welcome to the Department of Public Safety
Sullivan University maintains Public Safety/Security Staff to patrol the campus and respond to various situations. Officers affiliated with this area enforce parking regulations, document violations of law, answer calls for emergency services, maintain campus publications relative to campus security, and provide educational seminars associated with individual security as needed. Members of the Public Safety Staff are also available to escort individuals to their vehicles as requested. Public Safety Officers may be contacted through the Student Services Office or the campus receptionist who is located in the guest lobby. Public Safety Officers have arrest authority as described in KRS
431.005 (4).
