Suspension Appeal Procedures & Information

For students who have been suspended from Sullivan University –

Your first opportunity to initiate your suspension appeal will be during week five of the term preceding the term for which you are seeking re-enrollment.  All re-entry appeals must be submitted no later than the Sunday of the last week of the term.

*Students seeking immediate re-entry in order to maintain consecutive term enrollment without sitting out of school one or more terms will be notified over the quarter break and will have that opportunity to appeal.  All immediate appeals must be submitted no later than Noon by Wednesday the week before classes start.

Sullivan University Appeal Dates

The review of academic appeals will begin in week 4. The deadline to submit a reentry appeal is Sunday, week 11 of the prior term of intended reentry. The deadline for immediate appeal acceptance is Wednesday, close of business prior to the next term. Students suspended who wish to file an appeal must include supporting documentation.
