This training includes a 2-hour CE self-paced learning module and a 1-hour CE hands-on injection technique check-off that can be assessed by any immunization certified pharmacist. Registrants must provide the name and contact information of the immunization certified pharmacist who will perform the technique check-off. The pharmacist will be contacted with instructions for check-off completion within 1 week of registration.
Completion of both the 2-hour CE self-paced module and the 1-hour CE technique check-off meets the HHS Guidance for a practical training program approved by ACPE for technician immunization administration. Please check individual state requirements for definition of a qualified pharmacy technician.
