Not Your Average Class Trip 

Snorkeling, island tours, iguana playdates and a parade aboard the world’s largest cruise ship are all in a day’s work for Sullivan’s  Event Management & Tourism and Hotel & Restaurant Management  students. Sullivan is one of the only universities in the country to take aspiring hospitality professionals on a weeklong learning journey to the Caribbean to experience a tourist capital of the world–but then again Sullivan is not your average university.
