Sean Ashcraft

Sean Ashcraft

Executive Director of Academic Operations & Institutional Effectiveness

Mr. Ashcraft has been in the field of higher education for 13 years, 11 of which have been with Sullivan University.  He has a Master of Science in Conflict Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources. He will begin pursuing his doctorate degree in Fall of 2022. 

In addition to his education, Mr. Ashcraft has served in various roles during his career. A few of the positions include: Admissions Representative, Campus Coordinator, Reentry Specialist, Academic Advisor, Registrar, Senior Director of Academic Services, and currently as the Executive Director of Academic Operations and Institutional Effectiveness. 

Kim Mitchell

Kim Mitchell

University Registrar 

Mrs. Mitchell has been with Sullivan University since 1997 and has been the University Registrar since 2004.  Prior to becoming the Sullivan University’s registrar, she served the university in the capacity of Re-entry Coordinator and Assistant Dean. Kim is also an adjunct instructor for the institution.  Kim holds professional memberships in The Southern Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers.  Kim obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Public Relations concentration and a minor in Pan-African Studies from the University of Louisville and a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Sullivan University.



Rhonda Caldwell

Student Records Coordinator

Ms. Caldwell began her career at Sullivan University in 2013 in Academic Services as an Enrollment Services Specialist, specializing in graduate-level and international students. Rhonda has also served as the Records Supervisor and is currently Sullivan University’s Student Records Coordinator in the Office of the Registrar. Her responsibilities include facilitating internal and external academic records needs for the university. Rhonda has a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/Television Broadcasting from Morehead State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Graphic Design from The Louisville Technical Institute.


Megan West

Associate Registrar 

Mrs. West began her career with Sullivan University in August of 2003 as a Financial Planning Coordinator. She transitioned into the academics division of the institution in 2006 where she has served as an Assistant Registrar and Special Project Coordinator. She was promoted to Associate Registrar in 2013 in the Office of the Registrar.  In this capacity, Megan performs many duties pertaining to the transfer of credit, electronic records review and upkeep and graduation coordination. Megan graduated from Sullivan University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Leadership and a Master of Science in Management.
