Chef Amanda Bell is a Baking & Pastry Arts Instructor at Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies (NCHS) in Louisville, Ky. Chef Bell was born and raised in Louisville, Ky. Before pursuing a career in the Pastry Industry, she worked as an Office Manager. In 2007, she graduated from Sullivan’s NCHS Baking & Pastry program.

After receiving her Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, Chef Bell worked as the Pastry Chef at the Pie Pantry and also the Pastry Chef at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky before leaving the workforce to raise a family.

In 2014, Chef Bell opened her own cake business where she has been providing cakes to the Louisville and Southern Indiana community. In 2016, Chef Bell returned to Sullivan University as an Adjunct Instructor to teach Global Arts & Design and Baking Entrepreneurship.
