Biography
Dr. Emily Jones obtained her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Ball State University and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Upon graduation from Sullivan, she completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Robley Rex VAMC followed by a PGY2 Specialty Residency in Pharmacotherapy at Community Health Network/Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. During her PGY2, she practiced both as an internal medicine and ambulatory care pharmacist primarily within a Family Medicine residency. Additionally, she held an adjunct assistant professor position within Butler College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, teaching primarily in the Case Conference course series. Upon completion of her PGY2, she began as a clinical pharmacist at Baptist Health Floyd, where she currently holds a practice site focusing on internal medicine and serves as a student/resident preceptor. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, baking, and travelling.
