Dr. Lancaster received her bachelor’s degree from Sullivan University, a master’s in information assurance and security from Capitol Technology University, and a doctorate in information technology with a concentration in cybersecurity and information assurance from Capella University.  

She has over 15 years of experience in IT with the last 7 in the security field. She holds numerous certifications including the CISSP, C|EH, CySA+, Security+, and several others. 

In addition to being an Adjunct Instructor at Sullivan she currently works as a Security Engineer at Farm Credit Mid-America. Outside of work she enjoys reading and keeping up with current security trends.
