Sullivan University also offers student housing that allows you to enjoy your independence but still offers the convenience of a Resident Advisor to arrange group events such as cookouts, pool parties, and study groups, and help deal with any issues that might come up.

Beaumont Farms Apartments
Student Housing on the Lexington Campus is located at Beaumont Farms Apartments, less than 3 miles from school. A Sullivan shuttle transports our housing students to and from classes. All of our apartments are 2 bedroom apartments that house four students of the same sex.
Louisville Campus
Gardiner Point Residence Hall
Gardiner Point Residence Hall, formerly a hotel, was renovated in June 2010. The rooms are extremely large, furnished, and have plenty of space for personal items. Each room also has its own full bathroom. In addition to the rare size of the student rooms, there is a state-of-the-art dining facility with outdoor eating space available.
