Please note the following items:

• Room costs $300 for external party use (those not affiliated with Sullivan OR events that are not Sullivan related)
• You may list multiple rooms only if no set-up is required. If set-up is required, a different form must be completed for each room

PLEASE NOTE: Every effort will be made to deliver all requested A/V equipment. It is, however, the responsibility of the event sponsor to secure individuals to operate equipment such as video cameras, computer systems, etc. Event set-up staff will be unable to serve in equipment operation. Technical questions about A/V equipment should be directed tot he IT Helpdesk.
