Summer Camp

Step #1: Sign Up For Camp! Get your registration in and you will receive an exciting box of things that you will need for camp!

Step #2: Select which sessions you would like to participate in. You will get the recipe for your sessions in your box so that you can have all the ingredients ready to go! You will then get an invite to a Zoom Video Conference for that session, so that you can follow along and interact with the Chefs!

Step #3: Videos of the sessions will be available on a private YouTube channel so that you can go back at anytime and watch again!

Step #4: Have fun and prepare some great things for you and the family!

Culinary Camp | Grades 9 - 12

Each Student Gets A T-Shirt, Apron, Tool, Recipes, Conversion Card and Access to a Private site with the recorded videos. Videos will be uploaded later in the day of recording. Registration Box - $35, Each One Hour Session will be an additional $5.

Monday June 29th: Mother Sauces 101 – Chef Mark Dorman

The basis of so many great dishes, starts with the right sauce. Chef Mark is going to teach you all about the “mother sauces” that are the base of every great dish!

Monday July 6th: The Art of Gnocchi – Chef Ryan Tucker

Have you ever wondered how to make fluffy, pillow like gnocchi? Then wonder no more! Join Chef Ryan as he demonstrates the perfect technique to making traditional potato gnocchi! After a little practice, you’ll be making Gnocchi an Italian Grandmother would be proud to serve for Sunday family dinner!

Monday July 13th: Seafood Extravaganza – Chef Clinton Madden

Chef Clinton takes you on a deep-sea adventure that will cover fish, shrimp and more! He will teach you how to prepare some of your favorites so that they are the perfect temperature and have that pop of bright colors!

Monday July 20th: Grilling to Perfection – Chef Jeff Cecil

Fire up the grill as Chef Jeff demonstrates and discusses grilling techniques and how to operate and prepare various items on the grill! He will cover Chicken, Steak, Fish and Vegetables!

Monday July 27th: Brioche for Beginners – Chef Domonic Tardy

Making bread takes great patience. Chef Domonic will teach you the art of bread making with a fresh brioche.

In this course, you will learn the difference between Jelly, Jams and Marmalade and get to make a fresh batch of each of them!

Tuesday July 7th: Making the Perfect French Macaroon – Chef Jeff Cecil

There isn’t a dessert more classic than the French Macaroon! Chef Jeff teaches you the perfect technique and the variations of this timeless treat!

Tuesday July 14th: Mmmm Chocolate Decadence – Chef Domonic Tardy

Chef Domonic takes you on a tasty adventure and teaches you how to make chocolate truffles and fudge!

Tuesday July 21st: Plating the Perfect Molten Chocolate Cake – Chef Domonic Tardy

Chef Domonic says, “There’s nothing better than a warm chocolate cake with a molten center.” Learn how to make and plate a Chocolate-Fondant-Cake.

Tuesday July 28th: Dessert Sauces – Chef Clinton Madden

The perfect sauce is just as important as the beautiful plating for the perfect dessert! Chef Clinton takes you on a sauce-tastic journey, perfecting caramel, raspberry/blueberry coulis and vanilla creme anglaise!

Chef Clinton teaches you how to make a quick and easy pizza for family pizza night! Bring your favorite ingredients!

Monday July 20th: Jacked Macaroni & Cheese – Chef Jeff Cecil

Get a bag of your favorite Doritos as Chef Jeff demonstrates how to prepare the classic Mornay Sauce for Macaroni and Cheese! This isn’t your typical mac and cheese, this is Chef Jeff’s JACKED MAC & CHEESE!
