Associate of Science Degree in Community Health Services

The A.S. Degree in Community Health Services prepares graduates to serve as facilitators, advocates, and referral professionals for public and community health organizations, and social and human service organizations. It is also designed as a foundation for further study at the Bachelor's Degree level. The degree provides students the opportunity to study populations’ health, the promotion of healthy lifestyles, and the prevention of disease and injury through health education. Additionally, it links related social services with affected recipient communities.
