This Certificate of Culinary Arts is a quick approach to an entry-level position in the ever-expanding food service industry. Students will be prepared for entry-level back of house positions in a wide variety of hospitality settings. This Certificate will ready a student to enter/ Stair-step into the Associate of Science in the Culinary Arts program.
