Nina Martinez
VP of Enrollment Management
Mrs. Nina Martinez, the Vice President of Enrollment Management, earned her Bachelor’s Degree and her MBA from Sullivan University. In her role, she oversees the operations of Admissions, Financial Planning, Marketing and Student Success Center and partners across the university to lead and support the overall enrollment strategy and execution. She has been with Sullivan University since 2000 and passionate about student success, inclusive leadership and talent development.
Stephanie Meadows
Student Success Advisor
Stephanie Meadows has been with Sullivan University since March 2020. She started as an Admissions Advisor on Louisville’s main campus before moving into the Student Success Advisor role. Originally from Eastern Kentucky, Stephanie graduated from Morehead State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Resource Leadership at Sullivan. Stephanie is passionate about helping individuals realize their potential as well as providing resources for the student’s success. When she isn’t working, you’ll find Stephanie spending time with her family, reading, or Netflix binging.
Laura Cruz
Student Success Advisor
Laura Cruz has been with Sullivan University since Fall 2016 and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to working at Sullivan University, Laura spent five years as a Mobile Trade Act Coordinator for the Virginia Employment Commission, assisting adult workers with retraining, job search and job placement, trained local office staff state-wide and audited Trade Act files in advance of Department of Education audits. Laura’s passion is helping people overcome education obstacles so they can complete their education and secure that “dream” job. Outside of work, she volunteers with an organization that assists refugees, is part of a Whole Food Plant based lifestyle group and enjoys reading.
